I thought that the summon contracts would have elders that held onto the scroll? Like Fukasaku with the toads. If it works that way then it'd be best if one person Rp'ed the elder instead of anyone of your choosing so the personalty is kept the same.
I don't mind either way just seems more orderly.
That's why you see me walk around like nothing's bothering me even though half you people got a fucking problem with me. You hate it, but you know respect you've got to give me...
I see what you're getting at. Yeah, it would make more sense to have a specific person RP the summon. For that, we might need to discuss how we decide who gets to control the summon though. Because if we did it so that whoever creates the summon controls the NPC, that would make it too easy for that person to just not let others sign the contract if they didn't want.
Enforce that the person who rps it needs probable cause to decline if any. Such as they already have a summon?

Mods are fine, but I don't want to have to rp a shit load of NPC summons. We can all pick on to do and then the normal players can choose the person to NPC them.

I am also willing to be used in such manners. Not full on Mod, but like RP mod or whatever you'd want to call it.
Character List:
Uzumaki, Hono - Grand Leader of the Uzumaki & the Seven-Tails Jinchuuriki
Well, the thing is, if we choose mods to do it, we'd have to have a list of which mods control which NPCs so that people can contact them and request whichever NPC we need.
On the list, we'd have to take all the NPCs and then split them amongst the staff doing that job and then that staff will always play that NPC.
That's okay with me, but that seems like the only way we'd be able to make that happen in any organized fashion.

Yeah, sounds good. But how will personalities be set up? I think we should take a combination of dice rolls and how well they Rp'd with the mount.
Say someone sweeet talked the mount and made it like him or her. You'd need to roll 5 or higher on a d20. At the same time, if you are rude; say you'd need like a 19 or a 20.

Or we can just have it to where it's the same for everyone. >.>

Well, then I feel like the RP would be pointless. It's like, I'm going to RP for something be a dick and not even try and I get it. This would give a bit of RNG, not everything is for sure so it may be nice to have chance in play.

I agree with Hono, their should be some challenge to receive a summon
