You may start posting once your character has been approved. Clans are pretty much up for grabs unless someone else has already started the clan and is either the clan leader, or has established the clan leader to be an NPC.
We need to discuss Senninka, however. I already claimed to have Senninka as my KG, which would technically make it the ability of my clan which would be Bunryetsu in this case.
