"I wonder if she even remembers my name." Minaru thought as he walked up the path to the village, cloaked by a rice hat. He triggered his Three Tomoe Sharingan and scanned the area. There was someone up ahead! He began to pick up the pace, but remained casual in case the Haruno was a no show. "I wonder if she will tell me her damn name today?" he thought to himself.
The sun was out, but it was cold January was setting in, but the weather was nice and calm. He saw someone as he approached the tree, they stood behind it. He let his Sharingan fade to black orbs, his face was subtle and facing a general downward position as he grew nearer.
"Secret?" he mumbled after getting withing two meters.

Viola had to keep her composure. Who knew if that weird Uchiha from the summer months decided to tail her out here? She swallowed hard, keeping her eyes focused on the outward toward the foliage she barely traversed. The smell of January air always reminded her of his old scent; the slight smell of soot, the strangely masculine aroma, and the dash of cologne. She kept her head low as she listened for steps to near her figure.
Would he even remember how she looked? Taking various contacts with her for the journey, she kept her hands at her side, a sizable travel back on her back. Her arms were covered in warm pelts, which would prepare her any cold they would need to face. There would be noticeable amount of muscle she gained since then. What encouraged her late in the game to exercise more? That strange Uchiha that broke the genjustu for her that fateful day she watched those children. She realized then just how weak her physic was.
"Secret?" she heard from a couple feet away. She doubled back at the sound of the voice. It sounded familiar, but there was a certain deepness that wasn't there a year ago.
She turned to him, to stare at him, unsure how she should react. Within moments of noticing the similar frame she raced toward him. She wanted to feel his embrace for some reason, some sort of warmth that she missed for an entire year.
"M-Minaru!" Viola rasped. Her eyes became shaky as she seen his visage from so close. Who would've thought he would appear in front of her again given the dark hole he dissipated before. Minaru would see her hair had grown a few more inches, as well as blue contacts now in her eyes instead of her usual purple ones.

Minaru's smile was as wide as his ears were apart, his head flew up and off his head as he heard her voice and said his name. His face was red as he wrapped his arms around her upper back; swiftly slipping past her arms with ease. "So, I came back. Does that I mean I get to know your name?" he looked up to her eyes to meet light blues oppose to the purple he knew.
He felt the sloping curves of her body, soft like velvet. The sensation made his grin grow and his cheeks hurt as they burned. This was quite the reunion. Images of her from their last meeting flashed through her head. "Did you bring that Nightgown?" he nudged her playfully in their embrace.
"What happened to your eyes? Secretly an Uchiha?" he laughed as he examined what she had brought. The scent of her skin filled his nose, it was crisp and refreshing; the smell lulled him into a sense of serenity. It reminded him of the day he came to light, raising back above the darkness that attempt to drown him. He held her tightly and whispered in her ear, "I missed you."

Viola made an audible growl for the Uchiha to hear. Nightgowns weren't what many found needed for traveling...but she packed it for memories. He would only learn this if he plaid his cards right. She adjusted her arms to cradle around him.
"You'd think after a year you would step your game up?" Viola would chuckle, shaking her head gently. She enjoyed the embrace as much as he did, though she tried not to let it show too much. She stroke his back gently, allowing her fingertips to trace his frame. Memories of when she took care of came back into her muscle memory, with each stitch of skin having a new muscle here or there. She seemed to hungrily stroke his back for a few seconds before she regained her composure.
"Ah, my name! Sorry...I always forget to tell you--Also the contacts are to hide my identity, at least I thought they would...How about I tell you my name once we get to traveling? I'll give you a hint: it starts with a V. It may be dangerous to stay around here for too long," Viola spoke, more in a whisper since her senses were slowly coming back to her. She felt like telling her name to him would end the fantasy. Her hands began to lower from his shoulder blades to just above his butt.
She had been waiting a year for this--she was both eager and afraid to see the world with new enlighten eyes.

He laughed and nuzzled is nose against hers as they held each other close. It was as if he was her husband and Minaru just return from war. A cool breeze rolled by that gave Minaru a slight chill, though the warm fingertips tickling his back quickly warmed him up.
"Alright, well, 'V'" he giggled and lightly, without thinking, kissed her on the nose. A tone of red only match by a firetruck could describe the shade he turned as he realized what he did. He was in shock for a moment, before breaking away. "Eh, uh-he, well uh my apologies."

Viola felt blindsided by the sudden kiss the boy had placed on her nose. She kept her composure as best as she could, taking a couple of steps to the side as her face turns a rosy red. She kept her hands at her sides once their bodies parted, looking down to the ground below. She hadn't a clue where things were besides the general map she bought several months ago.
"A-after-r you. I don't know much...after this part of the forest, I haven't got the courage ventured further. I'll leave the path finding to you, leader." Viola murmured, pressing her fingers against her thighs. She finally began to get a rough understanding of why the girls in the medic tents got flushed at the sight of a guy they admired. Was it embarrassment that coated her sheets red or the lack of control she knew she had over the boy?
Once she gathered the courage to look up, she hoped the boy would have selected a path and direction for them to take to go further. There was a certain look of hope within her eyes, a wanting to see more of the world. But not alone: with Minaru and whoever he enlisted to join with them.

He placed his finger on the map and marked a position in the southern most region of Hi no Kuni. It was along the coastline and was the shortest travel distance to Mizu no Kuni. "There is a boy who has fled his clan, the room is he is under the control of an incredible power that complete takes control of his mind. He killed a majority of his clan in a single night and I feel we should attempt to bring him to the surface, he can be humanized, now one has tried yet, so he hides like an animal in the woods."
His left arm scooped around the contours of her hips after quickly gathering her things and tucking them under his arm. He set off at a steady pace away from the village.
After they had made a half miles worth of distances they stopped abruptly. Minaru turned his head as his shoulders and hips followed. They stood close together, and he nuzzle his forehead into hers.
"So, V. I am not entirely sure how to explain the sensation you'll feel, but just hold me close." he activated his Sharingan, the mismatch Mangkyo patterns contrasting awkwardly against one another. A void began to envelop them as their forms began to shift and reverberate with the pulse of the technique he embraced her in a passionate hug, his arms set now tightly around her butt to pull her up to his height.
"Kamui!" he called out as his eye trickled blood.
They were sucked into an odd portal and sent to a location unnamed.

Viola would stare at the map as he pointed to the place they were going. It looked awfully far. This would be quite the journey to get to. As he scooped her up she felt herself become a bit more vulnerable. She allowed herself to be scooped up and scurried off to the direction of where the scarred boy was to be.
Viola wondered how Minaru was able to gather such information in one years time. She wouldn't doubt his skill of learning intel, but just how deep in shit was she getting herself into? She enjoyed his touch nevertheless, since it meant she didnt have to walk or run at all. If their traveling were to consist only of this, well, it would be wonderful. Her thoughts for the quick half mile run were filled of the new team mate she was going to meet. Would he be able to turn into a kind boy like Minaru? What if the boy was only power hungry--to have his own agenda when they met him?
The thoughts would be interrupted by the gentle nuzzle he gave her forehead. When he began to speak, the words sounded more like the beginning of a date rape--or worse--a murder. Would this be the end of Viola, had he a plan to kill after all these months? Her eyes tried to look into his without fear, but somehow she still had doubts. She was far from home and unknown foliage cornered her. Was this what they called cold feet?
"What do you mean? Where are we--" Viola attempted to interject, but the odd portal the boy appeared to have summoned cloaked them into darkness. Was this one of the powers he had gained by stealing the eye of his brother? She kept to what he said though, he was the leader. She had made her choice this morning when she packed her belongings and resigned from the medical staff. She had made her decisions when she saw him near the dumpster and refused to turn him in. She had made her choice when she coo'd his resting body while he rested in bed. Her arms came around his waist tightly, her had digging into his chest. Heavy breathing overcame her as the portal engulfed them in darkness.
Somehow, in the strange scheme of things, she found herself trembling out of her lips her name, "M-my name is Viola..."

A ripple in time and space open, and they both stepped forth as if the were still on the road up north. Minaru smiled as the warmth of the coastal weather warmed his skin. "Feels nice."
"Well, Viola."Why did she finally tell him now? "I hope you took the flight well, time and space is quite a task to navigate. Jokes aside, try your best to be observant, we need to make sure the one we seek doesn't get a jump on us. He may not be in the best mood today." He set Viola's things to the ground with care.
His eyes began to scan their surroundings.

Viola would open her eyes to a completely different scenery. It felt strange. The warm air contrasted with the coats she piled on in anticipation of the cool weather. She felt warm in all the layers she had been wearing. She felt quite overdressed. She felt a bit flustered at the new surroundings. It took a few seconds to think it over, tapping her fingers against her body.
"What? Time space travel? You'll need to explain that to me...I never seen or experienced it before," Viola quipped, beginning to feel calm enough to search her environment. She heard the gentle thud of her traveling bags falling, allowing her body to rest a bit more.
Viola kept her eyes to her surroundings, attempting not to be startled but will most likely be. This was the world she never seen before. What would pop out to her first?

Minaru giggled, moving his right hand a top her head. His cold fingers began to weave through the strains of pink. Her hair was soft and smooth, not a tangle in the bunch as it looked. He missed her more then he could comprehend. "Don't feel the need to change, you will need all the layers you have now, we are headed towards the summit of this mountain range." Minaru said after noticing her fuss and gaze at her clothing. The coast was warmer then it normally was, but the oddity didn't make the Uchiha miss a beat. His right hand moved slowly from her head, pointing towards snow laced countryside a few miles inland. He wore a smile of pure excitement. "I am glad you are here." he sugarcoated without thinking before assessing their plan of attack. His head perked up at her questions of Kamui..\
"I don't have true control over this teleportation ability, all I know is it's name and vaguely how it works. I don't really understand it all the way either, but what I do know is that it's an old Uchiha ability. Through war and death, the technique was thought to be lost. I guess it found me though, right?" He smiled, showing all his teeth. His Mangekyo glistened in the sunlight as he continued to do sweeps of the area. "Any location in the world that I can pinpoint we can go, it is just hard for me if I have never been there before. It's like traveling without a map, regardless if I do have a map." he sighed as he slipped his left arm away from the warm body he previously clung too. His eyes kept bouncing back to Viola, becoming distracted with her face and beauty. Her contacts really threw him off, he missed the pools of purple that showed concern for him. The ones that helped him through his incident. But, at least he still had her around, it warmed his heart.
"I hope you don't mind walking for real this time? We must approach with care while I scan over the area in search of this boy; I know he isn't in the low elevation. Not enough snow for him to play with." he chuckled as he bent down to pile up Viola's clothes and belongings with his. Cutting off a sleeve from his shirt, he began to spiral it out, creating a long cord of fabric and quickly tied up their goods. He could easily sling the keep'sack' over his shoulder and totes it on his back with ease for a while.
Minaru turned to Viola before moving anywhere, his steps were short, but he moved silently to her, attempting to come up behind her and wrap her tightly in his arms. He wanted to assure her everything was alright, "Are you ready? Or should we spar to warm up?" his questions didn't seem to sound as though it was his true intentions. A soft blush would shade his cheeks like cherries as he held her. With a gentle turn of his neck, his nose nuzzled her right ear. The hair tickled his nose as he gentle nuzzled. Her scent filled his senses as he slumped a small amount of weight on her. He fell into a lost train of his thoughts and began to nibble away at her neck playfully at her neck.

Viola felt comfortable with the closeness they had. Since it had been a year, she didn't expect him to be the least hesitant when it came to how much closeness they had between them. As his fingers traced through her hair, she felt a gentle blush rise to her face. The warmth in her face led to her contemplating the warmth of her entire body, consumed in the layers of clothes she had put on.
"Ah..alright then. The world is strange," Viola mumbled, figuring with their current proximity that would be all it took for him to hear her. The reassurance of his voice and with her presence made her feel more wanted. She spent her entire year without him dedicating herself to learn her trade better. And, what she hoped he would not know, was that she spent a good amount of the year learning more about the Uchiha physic and mindset. Sure, all the weird genjustu was still a grey spot, but she wanted to be of the utmost use for him.
She nodded by and by his explanation of the dark portal, but it still sounded much more ominous than she thought. This was part of her fear of the clans people: the amount of power they could inherit at birth were far too high. She had thought of numerous other goals she wanted to proceed with, but she was not sure if now was the best time to initiate such goals she had...especially since a couple would require genocide to a certain extent.
"Oh, walking will be just fine. Its apart of an adventure, right?" Viola would reply to him with a half-smile, now eager to take her first steps beside him. But, as was about to reach for her bags, he had(albeit seemed more to brandish his strength) already slung them over his own body weight. Viola felt like she was meeting a new side of him with each display of strength he vigorously showed off for her. The weak Minaru could be heard fizzling away in her mind, replaced with this strong and much more adept face. Something about his strength brought back the fear that invoked her earlier last summer. That strange police officer she never got the name of...would Minaru gain power of that, to break genjustus as well?
Lost in her thoughts of power she would become flustered to find Minaru around her once more. Her face would upgrade from peach to salsa red. The nuzzles against her skin felt so much more welcoming than she remembered. *Am I ready...?* She could hear him ask her, blushing even more at the indication of sparring. She was a healer; not a fighter to Minaru. She shook her head wildly, which would then cause the pink strands of her hair to tickle his face.
"Y-Your nibbling...is strangely arousing," Viola would mumur close to him after flailing, a finger coming close to her mouth. She would bite down on her finger gently, to contain her excitement. She would be filled with more thoughts of their last night together. But, in order for either of them to make progress, she figured one of them needed to break away first.
"Ah, we should get going," Viola encouraged with a quick set of swipes away from her form toward Minaru.

"Aye, I didn't peg you for much of a fighter. I trained a lot in that year, so you don't need to worry. I remember what I said a time ago; I will protect you Viola." his eyes didn't look to her, he didn't want to have an accident with his eyes. Though the tone of voice he carried about him as he spoke was gentle and compassionate. Smooth as silk so would say.
The began their walk toward the snow filled hills, but after only thirty minutes of walking. Minaru began to speak at random, "You know.. I am aware you were being a flirtatious tease a year ago." he said as the corner of his lips slowly began to curl. He felt it was a bit of payback for taking advantage of a poor young boy. That is regardless if he liked it or not. His smirk grew as he start to giggle. Eyeing back to her only to catch her reaction. "I liked it, so your lucky." he turned with his eyes shut to face her, having been in front and leading, showing her he was only playing around.
It seemed that his life on his own really turned the spoiled brat into a man, but heaven knows that old habits die hard. Some just stick with you for life. The Uchiha scanned up into the woods and acted as though he was looking past the trees. Using his eyes, he was trying to pick out the chakra signature of the boy in question. He looked to the sky and observed it's patterns.
The weather began to set in, and the cold swept through, carried by the winds that raged across the mountains. "Let me know if you need a break, we could always pull aside and make a fire. Maybe eat a bit." Minaru felt drops of moisture on his hands and exposed arm where he ripped away his sleeve. Looking at his hand, he saw the droplet of water. He quickly looked up, but it was not rain that fell, it was snow. A snowfall began to set in heavily, not a blizzard or unbearable, but it made the journey harder. Much harder.

"Don't underestimate me. I can protect myself. I learned a lot from the Leaf the last year," Viola grumbled at the boy. As they would make their way up the mountain, Viola felt resistance to admit she wanted a break. She wanted to seem strong to him, even if it were on a facade. She watched his back, leading the way. She smiled a bit. Something about him from this angle made him look a bit cooler than he really was.
"I know, I know...teasing sixteen year old boys isn't fun unless its you though," Viola would reply, taking a break to deeply inhale. She would quickly hold a neutral look on her face as he would look back. Noting his closed eyes Viola wondered why he let his guard down, even for that moment. This scarred boy could attack them at any moment...why waste time proving trust he had already gained?
Soon Minaru was back into the swing of things, scanning the area. She was no expert of picking out people or trying to understand what he was doing. So, in a hopeless effort to keep up, Viola sped up to a jog.
"No, no break yet...I'm not tired at all," Viola would rasp, small bundles of fog leaving her mouth. It was surely becoming much colder as he assured her earlier. The sudden change in temperature had Viola feeling just a bit queasy. The world was strange. Viola felt ready for adventure, so ready that she was even prepared to overdose on said adventure.
If Minaru would catch a glance at her right now he could most likely tell she had labored breathing, as well as her body trying to keep up to his pace. Around the hour mark she would be trying heavily to keep up. Viola could hear the doubting voice in her head wanting to request for a break. But, no, her pride would not allow for it. She needed to prove she could move.
"Its'...really cold up here," Viola would state, her words seeming to leave her mouth slower than before. The snow could be seen on the nearby ground, covering most surfaces in the line of fire for snow. Her body, although adept well to warm and even cool weather, hadn't felt a freeze like this unless it was in the controlled environment of the Leaf.
It was late in the afternoon when Tsukiaddo awoke. The boy waited a moment and listened to his surroundings before burrowing out of the snow. The snow fell softly across the tundra, the mild wind carrying the flakes through the breeze. It was rather fair weather for hunting as the snow hardly obstructed his vision and the tracks were easy to spot in the white abyss. While he enjoyed being with the pack, Tsukiaddo always savored these lone hunts he made before the full moon, something about the frozen solitude felt welcoming to him. The boy took in a large breathe of mountain air, catching the scent of the two travelers, the scent was faint but it was definitely there. 'Humans? Here in the heart of the winter?' he wondered to himself. 'Even the bravest of hunters and merchants wouldn't dare cross the tundra after the 2nd month of autumn. So who would be insane enough to try and pass now?' Hunting humans was another game entirely, and the mild weather was not what the boy needed. "Hyōton:Fuyu no Reiji!" the Yuki murmured, releasing a burst of cooling chakra into the sky. The storm would take a least thirty minutes form, but it would be at least a few hours before the humans would even be in sight of the boy. If they were lucky the blizzard would cause them to turn back, before tomorrow night's full moon.
