A menacing cackle left the throat of Kurama as the rain began to fall about him, washing the rocks beneath his clawed digits that gouged out the earth as he charged ever forward. "YOU THINK YOU CAN STOP ME BOY? THE GREAT NINE-TAILS?!" The bellow of his voice made the very ground quake, the hatred for humans pouring from the words like a festering wound. No one had bested the beast, not even his own brethren, and no one was about to now.
He could sense the frightened chakra of the woman like a fly to putrid meat. She would be his first target. Take out the weak so there wouldn't be any distractions from taking on the foolishly headstrong males. Yes. That is what the fox would do. Nothing would stop him from consuming these humans.
Or so he thought, as a clawed hand stood fast with ice encasing it. He nearly toppled over, catching himself with his multiple tails to keep upright."I WILL KILL YOU ALL!" He tried with all his strength to break free of his restraint, keeping his eyes locked upon the approaching shinobi, snarling as drool dripped from his jowls. Kurama had to play smart, even if they were lowly humans.
Now immobile, Kurama was limited. As the trio grew closer, the Kyuubi swung his body about, tails whiping out like a cat-tail whip, surely taking out the canyon wall they tread upon. Whatever the result, the Nine-Tails would let out a deep, manic belt of laughter as he watched the rocks tumble below, crazed eyes watching for the bodies of the humans.
